1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • T-Shirts & Clothing: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: All sales are final and cannot be returned.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost.

📌 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Use the return address provided in our confirmation email.
  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your request.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Custom or personalized products (including print-on-demand T-shirts).
❌ Used, washed, or damaged items that are not defective.
❌ Gift cards or promotional items.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, etc.) to file a claim.
